4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods

jiluka accepts deposits via approved payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers from major Philippine banks (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), and select cryptocurrency options. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Platform. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

4.2 Currency

All financial transactions on the jiluka Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. For payments made in other currencies, conversion will occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, which may include a conversion fee.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless jiluka, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

12.2 Jurisdiction and Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact jiluka customer support to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication with our support team.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

13.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your jiluka account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon termination, you remain obligated to complete any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds, and any remaining balance after deductions may be withdrawn subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

13.2 Termination by jiluka

jiluka reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) failure to complete identity verification; (d) providing false or misleading information; or (e) engaging in conduct that jiluka deems harmful to the Platform, other users, or jiluka's business interests.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. jiluka may also withhold deposits if there is evidence of fraud, collusion, or other illegal activity. If your account is terminated without cause by jiluka, your remaining account balance will be returned to you via your original deposit method.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and jiluka regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.

14.2 Severability

jiluka shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, internet failures, telecommunications outages, or equipment failures.

14.6 Language

These Terms are drafted in the English language. In the event these Terms are translated into other languages and there is a discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
